I saw this VS topic on a forum the other day and I just wanted to bring it here, so the minds from gamespot could give their opinion, say if it's a fair fight or not and if it isn't who would be a better opponent... (not azathoth vs yog sothoth, because I have seen many topics with this discussion)

An elder god of space and time vs. the previous universe incarnate. This is actually a good match up. I have no idea who would win.

Yog Sothoth reminds me of Shuma-Gorath. Galactus is a Jack Kirby character, so I'm going to have to vote for him by default.

Well bad for you then.... To be more precise and using less words: he is better than god.....

I don't get it because it doesn't make sense. Not because I'm incompetent. God is supposed to be all knowing and all-powerful and depending on which one you're talking about, permeating everything. But that goes for the other traits, too. How can something be greater than that?

yog sothoth is simply everithing and nothing... he knows everithing and sees everithing... the present, the past, the future... if you try to imagine Yog Sothoth like something is like the time and space having a mind. is one of the elder gods of outher space, long before the cristians god ever existed, or like H. P. Lovecraft describe it in the "The Dunwich Horror": "Yog-Sothoth knows the gate. Yog-Sothoth is the gate. Yog-Sothoth is the key and guardian of the gate.
