Wow, I actually started giving it a lot of thought just now and here's what I'd probably do. I'd open up a word document, or myspace blog if time allowed, and type out a very honest summary of the last few weeks of my life. Tell my family some of those little secrets you hold in until 20 years later or, in this case, your deathbed.

Also, I'd write about all the things that get me excited and that I wanted people to know, this is more on a spiritual note. Some of the last revelations and things God has been doing in my life. Basically a big message on how great God is and pass on hope to the ones I'm leaving behind.
