When the hell are you going to do something about the high price of fuel, and the fact that the oil companies are price gouging. How can pretty much every gas station in a major metropolitan area all have the exact same price for weeks and months at a time?

Why is the U.S. still giving subsidies to the oil companies who are making record profits quarter after quarter?

You know the economy will never improve until fuel prices get back down to normal, right? People have to put off purchases to put gas in their car, and the over pricing of diesel fuel has caused all consumer prices to sky rocket because everything is transported by truck, or train in this country.

I'd ask him if there was someway he can convince gas companies to lower their damn fuel prices. IMO, one of the biggest problems the middle/lower class families are facing is high energy prices. Getting those down will definitely help many families out and possibly lower prices on other commodities like food. People will be willing to actually spend more at small establishments...
