You will never believe this girl problem...

I've been somewhat dating this girl for about six months and have fallen in love with her. Every once in a while I would ask her how she feels about me and if she wanted to make things official, and she would respond with "idk...." each time and sneak her way out of giving me a direct answer. So last night I couldn't take it anymore and told her I was in love with her and that I want to be with her. I then found out that there was "another" guy. She apparently met this kid on the internet and they tell each other they love each other and sh*t....yet they have never met in person. Now she claims she is torn between me and this internet kid...I can't even believe that she is comparing me, who she has physically been intimate with, to someone she has never seen in person...

I kept hanging on to a girl like a pathetic guy with no stones... don't make the same mistake...

after 2 years of her yo-yoing me around, telling me she wanted to be with me, suggesting she wanted to get married, making me fall deeply in love ,etc... she told me, on Christmas evening, "I was never physically attracted to you"...

not a girl problem. she's actually making it very clear for you.

if she cared about you at all, then she wouldn't be juggling both of you and playing your emotions against you.

break up with her... and if possible go out with one of her friends.

Anyways, you've got to dump her. She'll keep using you if you stay with her. She'll be pretending you're that internet guy whenever she's with you to feel like she's with him.

She was probably impressed with his level in WoW. If so, then you have a losing battle I'm afraid.

I've actually come across this before and it didn't end well. In this case, they were married and the wife met some guy over Xbox Live. She ended up meeting him, getting pregnant, then pretending it was her husband's. He eventually found out when the kid was born, but they're still together. I hate living in a redneck town.cd_rom

I know this probably sounds like a hard thing to do, but just leave her man. Anytime there's another guy involved, its just not worth fighting over, and if by chance you win, things just won't be the same between you two anyway. Better just to end it now of your own accord than to be dragged along by your balls into something that really can't turn out well no matter what happens.

What you do is you pretend to be this internet guy, make sure you mention his name a lot when talking about yourself, then you act all sweet and such. After that is accomplished you remove your disguise and hope in the process you didn't just make her want the internet guy more.

Get out now. The person you are interested in is not going to be a viable option given your story. Clearly, she doesn't know what she wants, and that means nothing but suffering for you if you pursue it. Leave it alone and move on now.

I am speaking from personal experience. A few bad relationships like this, but without the other dude on the internet. Just let it go.
