That's amazing . . . I remember there was one guy in the US who went to famous spots (Grandcanyon, empire state building etc.) and climb them, or parachute off one or the other.

The person in the video does not do Parkour he does Buildering. "Buildering (also known as urban climbing, structuring, or stegophily) is the act of climbing on (usually) the outside of buildings and other artificial structures."
All that's missing are some guards throwing stones at him while he climbs... very impressive nevertheless. Looks like Assassin's Creed III will take place in India....
