Very clean and effective :)
Mine. Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I prefer to keep my most used app icons in toolbars within the Taskbar. Less-used games and apps are still in the Start Menu.

The right side and the bottom bar is Enigma and the left is Gnometer. I have RSS feeds to Facebook, Kotaku, NBA etc etc as well as like general system and network info.

Here's mine. I have only the recycling bin shortcut, and the background changes every 5 minutes thanks to a program I have. I've got about 500 images in a folder which come up randomly. This image was taken about 2 minutes ago and it's already different now
Here's mine.
I already posted my Window 7 gaming PC desktop on the first page. Here's my Mac Mini desktop with OSX Tiger. Not much has changed since it's strictly for internet and Mac MS Office 2008. I'm also required to have Linux in college. So, I'm running Ubuntu 10 as guest via VB in my gaming PC until I can find a dedicated box for it.

Lots of icons, i know. But they all disappear when i double click :D
Still the same...will not change until I find the time to beat Fallout: New Vegas :P
only difference is i dont have wifi for my desktop anymore lol
