I believe the one you're thinking of is "A Fistful of Dollars." For me, the whole Dollars Trilogy.

My favorite is The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, followed by Gran Torino and Unforgiven.

1. Pale Rider

2.Gran Torino

3. Unforgiven

Honestly the Dollar Trilogy, and Dirty Harry are his blockbuster films which are a lot of fun, but the three I mentioned above are where he plays characters that are multidimensional and are played with nuance.

Outlaw Josey Wales - fantastic freakin' movie.

Firefox is a great spy tale with a really cool airplane.

A Fistful of Dollars - all-around great cowboy movie. Like it better than The Good The Bad and The Ugly actually.

There's probably more.

If we're talking about where he acted, then Unforgiven, but for when he directed, then it's Letters From Iwo Jima.
