Your Favorite Lightsaber Fight?

Mine was the final fight in Empire Strikes Back because the lightsabers look the best and darth vader went crazy towards the end of it. Loved it.

There was also weight when luke was hitting the other lightsaber. It wasn't like EP III, where the lightsabers touch lightly and you have no idea who's parrying who.

then you haven't seen the original trilogy, because Return of the Jedi was completley different than Empire Strikes Back saber fight

Maybe you're right, I'm not the biggest fan so I don't really remeber the difference.

The one in Revenge of the Sith was great. That's pretty much the only thing I enjoyed out of the whole prequel trilogy though. :(

I'd say the final one on Episode III, Obi-Wan vs Darth Vader... Qui-Gon and Obi Wan vs Darth Maul is also quite a good one...Luciole_fr

Im not the biggest fan of star wars but from what i can remember, i did like the fight with the guy who had a double sided lightsaber.

Although the fights in the CGI video, from Old Republic looked very good aswell.

Lightsaber fights needs to have some intensivty, and it most seem like they are trying to hurt each other.

The end fight in epi 3 looked way too much memorized.

The ones where there are lightsabers involved.

I agree with TC about Empire Strikes Back having the best fight, but those two were also great. I was sad, though, because Darth Maul and Qui-Gon Jinn were my favorite characters in Phantom Menace.

Anakin vs Obi Wan in the end of the third movie, that was very epic and intense!

Final Luke vs Vader duel in Ep. 6. I love how the tension builds and the effect of the dark music. Plus I always get goosebumps everytime Vader picks up Palpatine and tosses him down the shaft.

I'm going to have go with the crowd on this one; the Episode III duel between Darth Vader and Obi-wan was awesome. Besides the lightsaber duel itself, what made the battle so intense was the fact that it was between two good friends. However, I was a little disappointed with the Yoda fight from Episode II. Although Yoda is epic when using the force, he just looks wrong when he duels with a lightsaber, but that's just me...
