In addition to vlogbrothers and 5secondfilms, I'm also a big fan of the educational portion of youtube, so videos like minutephysics, veritasium, numberphile, and most recently, The Brain Scoop, which is probably the most interesting video channel I've discovered in a while.

Easily VGHS (Video Game High School) by FreddieW, but Gameshop by IGN is also great. Also a new one I started watchng the other day Project: SERA again by IGN is great.
