(So far...)
It would easily be The Dark Knight for me.
But what does everyone else think is the "Film of the Year"?

There are some other really good films I saw Recently that are close to being my favorites of the year.
1. Milk- really good film, I would give it about a 8.5, maybe a 9.
2. Frost/Nixon- again very good and interesting film. I would give it about an 8.
3. Nobel Son- very dark and funny film, Alan Rickman is awesome as always in it. Another 8.
4. The Boy in the striped Pajamas- A touching and tragic film, one of the best British films I have seen in a while. I give it a 9.
5. Adam Resurrected- Jeff Goldblum is back and better than ever in this odd yet touching film. I give it an 8.
I dont know if I have helped more people see it by spreading word of it's awesomeness, but my ego likes to think so:P

I only heard of it/saw it because of you. Had to go all the way to Portland to see it :P
I can see why everyone tends to pick the Dark Knight, though I thought it was pretty overrated. I would give it an 7.5, maybe an 8. Not that I didnt like it, I just didnt find much of it very interesting except for the Joker. There are tons of great films this year that alot of people are missing out on, then again I see tons of films whether they are popular or not and not everyone is a film geek:PFilm-Guywatch heat

I LOVED the original, so I'm not just hopping on the bandwagon. :P

I dont mind people loving it, I just dont love it as much as most do. I do however hope it doesnt get the sympathy or popular vote from the oscars, though I get the feeling it will.
