Remember no movies from Hollywood/America. Has to be a foreign movie; from say like Korea, Japan, Russia, India, China, France etc etc. Also mention what you thought of the movie ?

Brotherhood of the Wolf. An amazing movie!MissRiotmakerAnd actually. When I watched it, the first time it was an Italian dub titled Il Patto dei Lupi meaning The Pact of Wolves. I then watched the original French version maybe a month later.
City of the Lost Children.... and there was some movie about small villages and small war type living that came out not long ago.
Anyway, City of the Lost Children was great.

All good movies, but I liked Princess Mononoke and Howl's Moving Castle a lot more than Ghost in the Shell.Battle Royale, Crying out Love in the center of the world, Oldboy, Princess Mononoke, Grave of the Fireflies and Pan's Labyrinth.
[QUOTE="MissRiotmaker"]Has no one seen Brotherhood of the Wolf?!JandurinNope, sorry. Go. Watch. It. Nao! :x
Der Untergang or Downfall of Hitler as it's known in America.
It basically shows another side of hitler during the last 48 hours WW2, it's amazing really cause it shows how anyone can end up like he did.

The Seventh Seal. A Swedish movie by Ingmar Bergman. It's really an awesome movie. Awesome. I need to see it again.
[QUOTE="Jandurin"]I've only seen Seven Samurai by KurosawaC-Himura
I recommend Yojimbo and its sequel Sanjuro. The Hidden Fortress and Rashomon are also excellent.
Those are good Kurosawa films, but I would also recommend his non-samurai ones that take place in Japan of the 1960s like High and Low or The Bad Sleep Well.

I have never had the opportunity to watch his non-samurai films unfortunately, but all I hear are great things about them. The man was a master storyteller for sure though.
Well, Hollywood/American movies are foreign movies to me. Since I name only think of one film my country's produced that I liked, I'll have to say all my favourite movies are foreign.
But to not be a git, my favouriteforeign filmsby your terms would be Pan's Labyrinth.
