Your favourite Hardcore band???

Okay so amongst the vast amount of blandness their are actually some pretty decent hardcore bands. Lets keep Metal out of this hardcore is a subgenre of punk.

ok wikipedia is fact now? hardcore is a subgenre of punk. a skylit drive can never be confused for punk, they are a screamo band from what i have heard. hardcore involves agressive vocals and a heavier punk sound. just look up bad brains or black flag and thats what hardcore is.

You could try figuring out what the difference between post hardcore and hardcore is.

Children of Bodom. Them and Slipknot are pretty hardcore. I would say Avenged Sevenfold and Ensiferum, but they aren't as hardcore.
