Hello OT, I want to make a topic about favourite, funny or memorablemoments in your favourite sport. It could be from television, at a live event or something you actually participated inyourself. Also post a video if you can if its a televised favourite moment.

I'll start by posting the first ever 1 - 2 at the world famous Bathurst 1000 in 1977.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmVnzageLMo

theres mine, now share yours!

Winter olympics Hockey, Canada vs. U.S. When U.S scored to take it into overtime. Not so much when Canada won in overtime though lol.

Yep totally epic. Watching that vid still give me the chills, seeing Kariya's chest pop up after he got knocked out, then scoring the goal the next period. Watching makes me wish he just stayed in Anaheim, btw the Mighty Ducks is soooooo much cooler then the Ducks.

Yep I keep that vid on my youtube favorite's list, I still remember watching that game and the ceremony after. I wish the Avs were half as good as that team, we were so stacked back then.

I miss the Mighty Ducks.

I hope they retire his number, even though I really like Bobby Ryan. :P

Yah they really should, Bobby Ryan's young enough that he just deal with a number change. Can't wait to see where he's at in another couple of years, he's got some sweet hands.

He needs to comeback one more season, I think the Ducks would have gotten pretty far had Hiller not gone down late in the season (bah! he was anchoring my fantasy team).

Yeah, the loss of Hiller destroyed them. :(

I really hope Kariya comes back next season and signs with the Ducks.

Haha, it's tough when your team loses 19 of it's last 22 games and finishes 2nd to last. The Duke signed for another year, if we get healthy and add some players here and there (like a goalie), I hope we can secure a playoff spot, but it never hurts to have 2 teams to root for 8). Yah needs to comeback, 11 points shouldn't be hard if he can stay healthy.

Your first round draft pick should be a goalie.

I doubt Rask will wanna be a backup, though.

Maybe the Avs could pick him up.

Yep I just hope it's someone that is capable, unlike Elliot or Budaj, as you know I have much hate for both of them.

Carlos Zambrano throws No-Hitter for Chicago Cubs

Sept. 14, 2008. Fresh off the DL and he had no trouble throwing the first Cubs No-hitter in 36 years.

was a sight to behold.
