just get a friend to casually walk upto the man whisper something into his ear and grab is ass, then ask if he'll be willing to rock your friends world like he did last saturday... Make sure he does this infront of the woman and that way she will think he's gay :D
then just follow teh usual club routine... buy her a drink, fill drink with sedatives, rape, run.....
I would find a nice shady corner of the bar and sit intently in the shadows watching them both for some time - I would order some coffee (I would ask for it piping hot of course) when the girl goes to the bathroom I will get up and follow, but not bring any attention to myself - I will follow her in and wait outside of her stall - when she exits I will spring out and splash scorching hot coffee in her face - hopefully it is still hot - I will then take out my surgery kit and cut the skin over her face and neck as cleanly as I can in a woman's room stall - I would prop her up so most of the blood would fall into the toilet(in case another woman/man enters) - after I have securely fastened her face on top of mine I will do my best to mirror her image - after a quick clean up I will go find the man outside in the bar area - I will then go with him to wherever he was planning on taking her (hotel/apartment) and after doing the "act" when his back is turned - I would cave the back of his skull in with the hotel iron(usually is attached to the ironing board) so I would have to lure him to the spot somehow so the cord would reach - afterwards I would light his corpse on fire and send it to tai pei in a box marked dead guy
