Your Level in pounds of gold

that post count into dollars gave me an idea, but most peoples post counts arent too high

so I chose to do this

1 ounce of gold $800, 16 ounces in a pound = $12,800

so my level would be worth $563,200

with that I would buy a medium $300k house, a nice car, aka an FD RX7 and an Audi S5, then use the remaining $200k to live off of for awhile while I go to school for a bachelors in computer science :B

now THIS topic should bring out some good responces, cause you know $10,000 isnt alot lately..

level 60? when did you achieve that? I remember at one time my level would get all kinds of attention, then it became easy to level... and hard for me to level for some reason, and everyone started growing :S

Well thankfully your the same level as I am so I didn't have to do the math. I'd rather it be weighed in terms of ice cream instead of gold.

$10 000 is a lot... if you know how not to fritter away your money on non-essentials. I could pay all my basic expenses for at least 8 months on 10 grand - including house and car payments.

Hm, $358,400.00 in gold... With that, I could pay for college, afford most of a house here in Oregon with that, use it to cover the cost of life, necessities, and reasonable entertainment costs... Maybe keep some, because gold is a stable investment...

it's at $787 an ounce now but i'll go by your price as everybody else is

I'ld get some new clothesand a new monitor for my PC too and i could do with a new mouse mat.I'ld get this really nice computer chair from ikea, then i'ld get a couple games some nice books and get a proper movie collection (max of about 50 DVDs and proberbly all in the bargin bin by now). As you can tell i wouldn't go wild as it's only 2 years till i move out to go to university and i'ld need the cash then.

That would leave me $300000 to spend on a resnoble flat and car in the middle of manchester, in one of the slightly cheaper areas like china town then i think i'ld buy another flat down in London when the property prices have gone down enoughthen i'ld keep one as a permenent home depending on where i get a job then use the other as an investment, waiting for the prices to go up or renting it out.
