What are your thoughts on them putting a Muslim Mosque near the WTC? I think its BS what do you think?

I think it's all right.When I first heard about this I thought they were building right where the WTC was. But it's not. What I've heard more recently is that it's a place for worship and/or community stuff/ workout center a few blocks away. The idea that muslims shouldn't be able to worship or run a treadmill within 10 miles of ground zero is a little silly.

Nope - Islam shouldn't be penalised for the work of a few extremists. By ushering it under the table and not allowing is just allowing the anti-islam sentiment to ferment - maybe even it's a good thing to help reassimilate muslims back into the community.
