Eh? Don't really watch many anime movies, however The Cowboy Bebop movie, and Spirited Away were both brilliant.

5. The Girl Who Lept Through Time
4. Akira
3. Ninja Scroll
2. Princess Mononoke
1. Nausicaa and the Valley of the Wind

I absolutely love Nausicaa, this film embroils everything I enjoy about a Miyazaki film to it's best presentation: the strong female lead, fantastical art styIe and thought provoking environmental issue that doesn't wag the finger at you all the way through.

The girl who lept through time has a great plot and fun implementation of time travel. Akira, although doesn't have the best plot, the animation and art styIe is so great it still rivals anime til this day. I personally award it, the best looking anime I've ever seen.

Honorable mentions: Hard for me not to list these

  • Perfect Blue
  • Wings of Honneamise
  • Grave of the Fireflies
  • Ghost in the Shell
  • Ruroni Kenshin Trust & Betrayal

One thing I will say about Kara no Kyoukai is that it is the most beautiful looking anime I seen.

I don't think I can name five top five, but some of my favorite anime movies inlcude One Piece Strong World, Mobile Suit Gunda: Char's Counterattak, and certain extend Summer Wars.

  • Voltron: Defender's of the Universe
  • Zoids: Chaotic Century
  • Viper's Creed
  • Pokemon

I can't really name true anime movies, but these television shows are still great!

That's a good one, but I consider it the end of the series, like End of Evangelion, rather than standalone movie.

I've only seen a few, I'm more into series. Akira and Cowboy Bebop were very good.
