When you're dreaming in your sleep...
Have you ever went up a flight of stairs, or ran, or just anything that would make you trip in general if you're not careful, and 'tripped' and fell down, and at that moment wake up from dreaming throwing your feet up and being startled in bed?

That happened to me a few nights ago, and that happened to my sister last night as well... :P

Something to do with your muscles falling to sleep and being kickstarted or something. Someone google it I'm too lazy.wrlyy

I think it's awesome when that happens. Your body just randomly kicks around.....feels so weird. & good to see another Aussie spending their public holiday by doing......well, nothing really :P

Ive had that happen minus thefalling dream. Im having a perfectly normal dream then I feel like i fell 2 feet and I wake up. Its odd.

When I dream I quite often get interrupted just before things get good if ya get what I'm saying :(Kritical_Strike

all the time...

a few weeks ago I did something even stranger, I dreamt I fell down a flight of stairs, and when I woke up I put my foot down, but it was outside of my bed, so it hurt really bad :(
