YouTube Dilemma: Captions and Publicity

I made a video and uploaded it onto YouTube.com, but unfortunately I do have a couple problems. One, I need to upload a caption track and I don't know how to make one. Two, when I search for the video it doesn't come up. Anyone have any answers to my questions? Any help would be real great. Thanks.

Use the wysiwyg toolbar... Type some text, highlight and the chainlink icon will become active. Click on that, and paste the URL into the box and click Insert.
