YouTube Is Starting To Really Annoy Me...

You can't even upload a video with a song in it that you don't own anymore? This is really stupid.

I have tried to upload my video twice. First with the track Ladies And Gentlemen by Saliva and then with the track Still Ballin by 2Pac.

Both of these got rejected, and I get a page telling me that...

A copyright owner has claimed it owns some or all of the audio content in your video My New XBOX 360 Premium. The audio content identified in your video is Still Ballin' by 2Pac. We regret to inform you that your video has been blocked from playback due to a music rights issue.

Seriously, what is happening to YouTube? You can't even upload a video if you don't own it? It's just stupid, what harm is it doing?!

Yup. Some people will spend hours getting that voice to say the naughtiest things they can think of.

There is so much free music out there that is legal to use! Literally, there is so much content available, if you cant find something to put in the video, you're doing it wrong.

Commerical musicians hold the rights to their music, so of course you cant use it without asking!

I'm not saying it's YouTube's fault, I just think it sucks.

It's an annoying bit of copyright protection. No one who makes those videos makes money, but they don't want you using it regardless. I wonder if anyone ever asked and got permission to make an AMV or whatever?

If Youtube has that then there will be less IDLing and since they're rejecting all that then people will steal moar music, it is pretty stupid, at least in my understanding.
