Well from the age of 7-11 it was Pokemon hands down, and from 11-13 it was yu-gi-oh, with some digimon mixed in along the way.

But now? looking back i think I enjoyed the pokemon games better, but the yu-gi-oh actual card collecting was straight up bossx-chump-x

Yeah, it was awesome back in the day. I would still play it if I was young, but, the games satisfy me enough.

Yeah but seriously though, yu-gi-oh was a temporary fad. Pokemon on the other hand, like created the genre for the other fads to come in;Such as: Digimon, Yu-gi-oh, BeyBlades, all that stuff.

I'm not afraid to admit that I loved Yu-Gi-Oh! when it first hit the states. I loved watching the show, and I loved playing the card and video games. I've never wanted to get into Pokemon because well.. how else do I describe it? It's Pokemon...

Pokemon are cooler, but in a Yu-Gi-Oh monsters are stronger, I think. With all their magic cards and intimidating sizes.
