I think an observatory should have at least some kind of walkway to eat or something and maybe some other equipment around it. And that thing looks like its all by itself

observatorys are meant to be all by themselves so that no outside light can interfere with them. and i've seen plenty of observatorys with no walkways or ... eats? or equipment around them, the one at my old high school looks exactly like this.
