Zune 80gb sync problems

I have a Zune 80gb and when I put movies and videos (but not podcasts) on it there seems to be an audio video delay. I hear it first, and then I see it. This is with any file from any source. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Could it be the lip syncing is off on the actual video? Try playing the movie on your computer and see if you have the same problem.

i thought movie and videos wore the same well are the videos in sync on your pc

Odd, sorry I can't help you. My Zune said for the longest time said that I had videos on it when I had taken all videos off.
