Okay. A quick question. How much better is this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227289 over this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145034

Because i have been offered a trade. My Ram + $30 for a brand new, still in box, never used, still sealed all that good stuff for a measly $30 extra. So is it worth it? Is there any noticeable differences? This also allows my friend to complete his build under his budget, which he is unable to do otherwise.

There won't be any mind-boggling difference.

well one is 4GB and the other is only 2GB. there isn't a great increase in performance between the two speeds. maybe 1-3 FPS. i would just go with the one that you get a better deal on. and right now is a bad time to go RAM shopping :o i remember last year i bought 2GB of DDR2 800 for $12. now i can't even buy 1GB for that much :(
