12900K rtx 4090 - low gpu usage on WD Legion

Hi. I have 12900K stock

32 GB 2x16 GB DDR4 3600mhz

Palit Gamerock Pro OC rtx 4090

1300W Seasonic Platinum Prime

Aorus Elite DDR4 Z690

Windows 11 2H22. Updated new nvidia drivers.

I swapped from 3090 Ti Gigabyte Gaming to Rtx 4090 Palit Gamerock.

I have an question about Watch Dogs Legion.

I compared my fps with someone with 12900K too and rtx 4090. Using 1440P ,RT ULTRA,DLSS QUALITY my gpu usage is 60-70%. He have 85-90% usage and better fps. Why?

If your DDR4 is the bottleneck with a 3090 Ti, it will continue to be the bottleneck with a 4090. Listen to what people are telling you and take a moment to process it instead of making the same threads over and over.

Why i have usage 60% on 1440P RT ULTRA,DLSS QUALITY? I have 12900K + DDR4

I compared with someone and he have 80% usage. He have 13600K + DDR4. Tested exactly the same place.
