1366x768 vs 1280x720

Im lookin into buying an hdtv and I often see these resolutions for 720p which is better?

Pretty much all the TVs you'll find will be 1366 x 768, get one of those.

720 is better since it is......well 720p.

Yeah I mostly see 1366x768 so those that mean its better and has more resolution then 1280x720

1366x768 = 720p upscaled because of the 16:10 pulldown.
1280x720 = The native 720p res with the original 16:9 pulldown.

Difference between the both is next to non-existant.
