I am a big fan of the 1983 arcade game Star Wars.

Star Wars

Does anyone know if they have a PC version of this or something very similar.

Oh whoa, the memories. I remember owning this on the Atari ST way back in the day, it was surprisingly good fun! Well, for its time, it was great :P

I do believe if it was on the ST, it would surely have to be on the PC... Might be a DOS version of it somewhere. I would have no idea where to find such an artifact however :P

or the other way is to download M.A.M.E. and then the ROM for the game, if you can still get hold of it that is?

I actually own the game for the PC, yeah. It came on 5.25" floppies for the IBM PC.. so yeah, it did exist. Good luck getting one of those drives working properly on a modern rig, though. edit: Hm.. found the floppy. It actually says 'Version for IBM/Tandy and 100% Compatibles'... it was made/published by Broderbund.
