I'm sorry to say, but you would HAVE to buy a deticated gpu, that geforce there is a IGP (integrated graphics processor) and it won't cut it even on low setting you will experience very low fps. My advice to you is to check how many watts your power supply has and the resolution on your monitor, then i can try to recommend a video card for you.

Well cpu and ram wise you are OK But you certainly have to get a new graphics card since that 6150 it will barelly play solitaire The good think is nowdays even a $70 graphics card ( the Ati 5570 ) can play most of those games at high settings considering you are playing on a 19" monitor ( which i assume is 1440x900 res ). Or if you wanna go with a faster and more future proof card the Ati 5670 is a great choice ( btw anything more above that is most likely you are gonna need a new power supply unless you ahve a decent one so i only suggest up to the 5670)

Thanks all. I'm not too sure what my Power Supply is, think it some thing like 400W. You think i need a new one for the ATI Radeon 5570 ? (that one sounds like the best for my needs)

Yeah for you is either 5570 or 5670. If you can afford that 5670 its a nice 20-30% performance increase over the 5570. But if you go with the 5570 still is a nice little card that will allow you to play most new and old games at high settings and even demanding games at medium/high at 1440x900

If you do go with the 5570 though beware there are 3 versions. Those with DDR2andDDR3 memory which at rather slow and those with GDDR5 which are substantially faster from those with the DDR2/3 memory so go with that

you will need to get a real graphics card, that old integrated gpu just doesn't cut it. something like the radeon 5750/70 or gefore gtx450 would be great.

well you'll have to upgrade to a dedicated video card and it would be a good idea to upgrade your CPU as well.
