I currently have 2 9800GTX's and I'm thinking about doing some upgrading. I am thinking about selling both for $200 and picking up a GTX285. I would like to know what the masses think I should do, but please before you recommend anything try and use benchmarks to back your recommendation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Stick with what you've got until DX11 comes out. Hell, I'm keeping my 7950gt's until then...

Also, I'm sorry I forgot this, I am running at 1920x1080.

I run games like World in conflict, Crysis, Crysis Warhead, all the Call of Dutys, GTAIV, and more. Mostly the top ranked games on PC.

i would say stick with the sli 9800gtx and wait for the next gen cards 5870/gtx 380 before thinking about upgrading. if anything u might upgrade ur cpu or overclock it and see a boost.

Maybe this will help too. My system specs:

Intel Q6600 @ 3.2 GHz

XFX 780i

1000w Coolermaster PSU

Coolermaster HAF

Creative XtremeGamer

and ofcourse the 2 9800GTX's

Also thats the second post I have seen talking about the next gen cards. Was there some recent news on them?

ur cpu is fine u could try overclocking a bit further to say 3.6ghz but i say dont upgrade anything and wait for the new gpu's still they are rumored to be coming out in q4 2009 or q1 2010 there will most likely be released simultaneous with windows 7 to kick off dx11 gaming. if u only have 2G of ram then perhaps throwing in an extra gig 2x512mb other then that ur pretty fine. going to a gtx 285 wont give u the  improvement ur looking for.

Get rid of those 9800s and get a GTX285. The 3D Vantage benchmarks show a SUBSTANTIAL difference.

Just Google it.

I have 2 9800gtx's and game at that res and actually find more games that are CPU limiting than GPU limiting, so if I were you I would stick with what you have now. Maybe if you don't wanna make the upgrade jump to an i7, consider jumping to a 45nm quad that way you don't have to upgrade ram/mobo and overclock the hell outta it..

I am not upgrading anything until DX11 cards come out and then I will start doing minor upgrades for a while to wait for a decent price to come around then go for it.

Only replace your 9800gtx's if you plan to go 2x gtx 285 sli down the road. But swapping both 9800gtx for just 1 285 isn't worth it.
