I actually found Cold Fear at my local target, their game section.... is a little ancient, if you havent tried there you never know you might find it. Its actually a pretty good game imo

Are the underdogs even legal by any chance?
Yeah, it's completely legit from what I've been able to tell. The people that run the site are in contact with the ESA and publishers of the games and regularly take games down and link to places that sell them (if they exist) down if the publishers of the game ask them to or if they find a place that legitimately sells the game. For example even some very ancient games are not on there because for some bizarre reason the publishers don't want them distributed (games that haven't even been printed or sold in decades) even though they don't provide any kind of support (technical or otherwise) for them, and haven't even attempted to make money from them in a very very long time.
