Which configuration would give me the most performance? Currently I have 3 gb in my setup...2 identical 1 gbCorsair sticks and another 1 gb that is different. So I was just wondering if taking out the different 1 gb would increase or decrease performance. Thanks in advance.

If you already have 3GBs, stick with it.

2GBs would get you dual-channel, but that's no biggie really.

^ This is true. Also, if you get another gig, you can run two dual channels. :D

I just went up to 3gb on my Vista machine, while i don't need it, it's never bad to have a tad bit much for when Crysis comes out or ram eating games like STALKER
