2x 5870 can max Crysis 2?

What do you think guys, its would max Crysis 2 easily? I know Crysis 2 didn't even out yet or give us details about system requirement.

ya, if not it will atleast be close enough to it. this game doesnt seem all that well improved graphically. it seems that the devs took more time to optimize it. so who knows maybe it will run smoother than the first.

More than likely or else Crytek really needs to get their act together.

with DX11 and destructable environments, there is a good chance top multiGPUs now may struggle, but right now its 50/50, flip a coin, only crytek knows.

Yeah. It runs better than Crysis. The cryengine 2 didnt seem to scale well with multiple cards though so i dont know how this game will turn out

The only right answer is no one other than crytek knows. It seems like Crysis 1 caught everybody by surprise by just how hard/impossible it was to max out. For all we know, this could be the case again with 2

Whatever max out crysis 1, will max ou crysis2.

I would believe one hd5870 would be more than enough to max it ou in 1080p. Together with a i7,6gb.

GTAIV doesnt count. We all know how horrible of a port it was. Crysis 2 is a big name game and a lot of money will be spent on making it playable on PCIantheone

I wouldn't anticipate things. Last few games, which have been multi-platform have been ruined for the PC.

Crysis 2 looks worse than Crysis 1 and my 5870 can max Crysis.

So I would say 1 is enough, 2 will kill the game.

i'm hoping my 8800 gt will still run it since it had no problems with Crysis. And I don't think Crysis 2 will be a console port because they said they didn't think they would ever get it to run on the xbox. Here's hoping we do not get the console port because mostof Crysisfans will be pissed.

Yes but in their case I'm pretty sure they care more about their xbox audience seeing as they'll get a crapload more sales from it.
