yes it is but you need to make sure you have alot of things it a real pain . also u need a higher end monitor to use it in hd .deadmeat59
Not really. All you need is monitor and Microsoft's VGA cable.
And again, not really. Even some of the older CRT monitors support a 1280 x 720 resolution (or the equivalent of 720P HD). Just make sure your monitor has a DVI or VGA input. Otherwise, it will be a real pain.
