I just bought a new pc from abs.com. The specs are

OS: Microsoft Windows XP Home with service pack2
Power Supply:ABS Tagan ITZ 700W
CPU:AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Windsor 2.0GHz (2 x 512KB) L2 Cache Socket AM2
Ram:1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 675 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Memory
GFX Card:EVGA 8800gts 320mb

Now this rig came with a piece of paper saying they tested it in 3dmark06 and it only got 5217. I expected it to be higher, anybody know why its so low?

go play a game on it and if you are happy with it thats all that matters, who cares about a score. plus they ran the test you didnt. maybe they ran the test on a different resolution. who knows.
