Umm, he posted a link to a 9600GSO, I would assume he is buying that separately to add to the barebone kit.

Stay with on-board graphics for now then buy a 9800GT or better when you have the money.

why do that? the 8200 wont run anything really and the 9600gso is a decent card for most games, he could consider the 4650 which is a great midrange card

I recommend that you spend a little bit more on your graphics card. Either a HD4850 or a Geforce 9800 GT/GTX (I don't know much about the whole 9800 naming scheme so you may want to search around). Its about $30-50 more expensive but they are quite a bit more powerful. But if not you should be fine with the 9600 GSO.
