i had been asking for some help around lately and yeah the forums cleared up plenty of my doubts :) .....

i decided on buying a 9600gt today and now i saw 2 versions of the 9600gt on the nvidia website - the 59watt and 96 watt ones now wth is that?

the 59watt should be the newer model of 9600GT which requires less power (no 6-pin cable required) but from the specs, it seems to be a little bit slower than the 95watts one. Besides, I prefer zotac over palit :D

Actually is just some personal thoughts that Palit cards seem to be more "low quality" looking than Zotac cards for me. Also I think Zotac is more popular than Palit. Well is just my personal liking, not to mean that Palit sux. lol. Instead of 9600GT, why not try on ATi's HD4770, that card performs as close as the 9800GT and better in some cases.
