Only reasons I went with XFX is because of their lifetime warranty also the design.

XFX has good customer service in my experiance and a lifetime warranty that transfers to a new user if you sell it, or to a replacement card if you ever have to rma your purchase.

XFX really does have good customer service, but the problem with them is that I actually needed them alot.

Perhaps unsurprisingly I'm going to say Sapphire, but I'd also say that Asus is a good brand to go with (By the looks of it they have a nice looking non-reference card, too).

I wont go for Asus, since the last card i had burned and it was at stock clock. Now i am using the Sapphire 7970 and i think its great. You can OC it without a problem.

Well I have been researching alot on the net and the consensus is that XFX is going down hill now and their new black edition have some design flaws looks like I am going to steer clear from XFX and go with MSI when they release their non-reference cards.

You won't be getting that double lifetime warranty from XFX with a Radeon 7000. You'll get lifetime for certain cards and 2 year for everything else. http://www.techpowerup.com/159346/XFX-Discontinues-Double-Lifetime-Warranty-with-New-Radeon-Graphics-Cards.html

My last three cards have been XFX - two Nvidia and one AMD and I haven't had an issue with any of the cards. I personally will continue to buy XFX until I do run into problems, and even then if the customer service is good an issue here and there won't phase me.

Oh wow, only a 2 year warranty?? For someone buying 7970 I doubt the card will stay in your PC for two years.
