Now, Im not ruling out the possibility that my card sux and it's defected but I can feel it in my gut that I have somethin connected wrong. My PSU is decent, 18 amps on the 12 volt rail with 520 Watts. The card turns on and everything and I can play games, but the fan doesn't seem to spin.

Anyone have any trouble shooting tips or something before I give up and send it in.

I believe there is an option with nTune that controls your fan speed....perhaps you misadjusted that....if all else fails....just uninstall the card....physically remove it....then plug it back in and see if that fixes it...sometimes it takes a hard reset to get hardware to reset itself.

If you dont want to do a hard reset straight away, take the side of the case off, and use a desktop fan to circulate the air. It's a temporary fix, but it will save you doing it right away.
