A good internet?

OKay whats the best internet provider i can get for no more then 25$ per month.

Ohio. In the Us. Um my current provider i think is Verizon and my dad pays i think 14.99 and its getting moved to 19,99. I think this is DSL 256k. And the Download/Upload Rate is so DAMN slow that its not even funny. DOwnloading 2moons and Runes of Magic is going to take a long long time.

Are those fast? Realiable? In that price range? I can't go higher then 25$. Im going to have a hard time trying to convince my dad to go to 25$ instead of 20$ since he was just at 15$...RedxSniper
