Best Buy is such a rip off, and they don't even have a decent selection of parts. Go with newegg.com, or if you can't buy online, Fry's Electronics.
Also, that "same as cash" offer traipses the line between a deal and a scam. If you really can't afford it now, save up. A decent computer can be had for $500-$600.

One major reason - newegg.com has impeccable service. Their RMA/Shipping/Return policy is awesome, to say the least. And I wouldn't feel safe going with anyone else if I always had newegg as a choice of place to shop PC parts. I dont think Bestbuy could match the quality service, let alone provide you with the quality parts you need. In this case, I ask you to not limit yourself to only Best Buy.
