Hey everyone,
I recently purchased Company of Heroes, Titan Quest and its expansion from Steam, but when I try to launch them, they won't. All that happens is the little window that comes up saying "Preparing to launch Titan Quest..." appears and then it gives me one dot, two dot, three dot, one dot, and then nothing. I've let it sit all night and it has stayed just like that, so what's the problem? I've scoured the Steam Support pages, but I cannot find anything concerning my problem. Could any of you direct me to the topic or solution please? I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,
NeonBlackJack

not sure how much I can help, but did you verify game files (right click, properties, local files, verify)

try deleting these files

C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.dll
C:Program FilesSteamSteamUI.dll
C:Program FilesSteamClientRegistry.Blob

Yea I did verify the file, and it all checks out, but I'll try deleting those. See what happens.

Thanks

You need to wait for the games to download before you can play them. Unlike Valve games they will not start until completely downloaded.

Yes I know that. It says that the game is 100% ready.

A user on the Steam forum gave me my answer. I simply needed to set Steam to launch in Administrator Mode. So for all Vista users out there, that's your solution. Thanks for the help.
