I'm trying to find a reasonably priced pc that will run new games at decent settings. If I bought this one and a put a decent graphics card in it would it be ok? Any other suggestions in this price range? If this one will work what card would you recommend? http://m.bestbuy.com/m/e/product/detail.jsp?skuId=1092689&pid=1218219693014&catId=abcat0501000&ev=prodView

The URL just gives a "page not found" message.

I would be a bit wary about buying a dual core these days myself, sure the machine with a decent GPU will handle most games you throw at it today but a dual cores days are numbered and it might be worth stumping up a bit of extra cash for a quadcore to give it a bit more "future proofing".

Can't help you with deals, I buy my stuff in Australia. But the new Intel Processors are called (from weakest to strongest), i3 -- i5 -- i7 With a good i5 and a good video card you should be fine....

Any suggestions on a graphics card? I posted this in the hardware forum but all I got was someone telling me to build my own.

Well....graphics card comes down to how much you want to spend. Here is a list to the NVIDIA cards: http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_family.html The 400 series is the latest and will run everything... but pricey. The 200 series is still good cards, but make sure to get GTX halfway and up the ladder. I've always used NVIDIA so don't keep up much with ATI....but I believe they are up to 5770 or something...
