hey, finals (or midterms) are either over or almost over for many of us, which begs the question: how much time will i spend gaming this winter break? i still have 2 more finals coming up, and i still have to work (i go to school part-time), so i can't game every waking second, but i'm certainly planning on gaming a LOT more than i usually do. i have civ 4 still to explore thoroughly. and i decided against upgrading (was planning on a psu + 8800gt) early next year and instead getting an 8600gt (meaning no psu upgrade needed) and saving some money, which means i can purchase and play gears of war, bioshock, coh, and stalker. usually, winter break means i relax while still being somewhat constructive, but i feel that there are too many good games i have yet to play (thanks to a great 2007 lineup), so i decided against spending my time constructively this winter break and play games every non-working/sleeping/eating/pooping second. what about you guys?
Well first off for me its my summer break. And during my break I'll probably begoing out and working a lot, but if I'm at home I'll probably chuck on a game or two, but I've most of what I've got at the moment so I think its time I bought a new game.

Well, I have to work in an medical ER-unit (Is that what you call it?) from 21. to 26. (not much time to think about games then), but after that it's all party and games, baby! Can't wait, have not touched a game in 3 weeks now... Mass Effect, Halo 3 with my brother (since he has not played it yet), Psychonauts and maybe the first Halo (have to leave my PC behind for the holidays). And read a book that's not school-related.
I'll be playing crysis for the first time, get into some bf2 and give bf2142 and cod4 a try. Maybe a few supcom matches aswell. First gaming in 3 months, I'll try not to play all day lol
when i was a student, i generally played between 3-5 hours a day unless it was a addicting game like diablo 2, which I used to play for 8+ hours a daynaval

My finals just ended last Friday and so far I've been working full days so I haven't had any time to play all the games I want to. When Wednesday finally comes around I'm going to sit my butt down on my couch and play from sunrise to sunset and then some. I'm hoping to finish at least something, haven't decided which one yet or which ones to even play, but this is my plan. Whether or not it works out has yet to be decided. :)
Well I've got one more final to complete on wensday and its all gaming from her on out until new years that is which I will be totaly trashed. Then more gaming untill school starts again. Got a stack of games to beat.
I'm going to Dubai this winter break, but even the hotels in duabi can get boring, luckily, I got a good Steam selection on the laptop, so that 13 hour flight won't be an issue, and I bet some days will get boring down there, so definetly gonna kill that time with games!
at least 4-5 hours every couple of days. im going to kick it and spend time with my family,friends and gf but when im not doing that, im gonna b playing
Yeah, im a 4th year college student (it will take five years :) ) and I finished finals last week. I am currently playing Crysis, Portal,CoD2 (don't want to spend 50 bucks on the short CoD4), and whatever other PC games I have. Oh and then when im not on the PC, im on the Wii playing super mario galaxy or replayingzelda :)
Now that my new gaming PC is finally complete, I'll be playing the hell out of all the PC titles I had to miss out on due to system requirements! In fact, I would be doing it right now, but I have to get Windows Vista Ultimate x64 all set up before I start playing Crysis, Bioshock, Battlefield 2, TESIV: Oblivion, Half-Life 2, UT 2004, you name it...
Ill be working alot of the holidays, been really busy because of christmas lol but when it settles down after christmas ill be getting my new graphics card and getting stuck into some crysis.
I dont game much more than 2-4 hours and i generally dont game during that day only when its crappy weather, i prefer to sit down at night and plat until the late hours.
i'm usually not the type to raise a thread from the dead, but i wanted to say: "i'm free!!! my finals are over!!! whooh~!!!" now back to gaming...fireandcloud
