i have a problem...when i started playing gta iv on pc it was lagging on lowest settings where games like crysis 2,shift 2 play well without lags...i have a twintech gts 450 nvidia 4gb ram 3.00 GHz and a intel core 2 duo cpu what's the problem??the pc isn't good enough to run on lowest??
GTA IV has horrible optimization. Has always been a problem for a lot of people. Look through forums on the game, you should find something to ease your pain.
