No, you can't valve will not allow you to use your account name on 2 computer, they will suspend/ban you, not worth it.

You can play the first 1/3 level of portal and Half life 2: Death match for free (with another username) if you got an nvidia video card.

You can't register the same key with more than one account. That would be an open invitation to piracy.
