If you want to play the multiplayer mod for GTA SA then avoid buying the steam version of GTA SA. In order to play the multiplayer mod you have to downgrade the purchased copy of GTA SA and this can be problematic with steam. So only get a retail disc copy if you want to use the mp mod.
GTA 4 far surpasses San Andreas in every way. As for the link, ask around the other websites for that. Or you you could something like Limewire if you don't care about legitimacy or breaking the law. :lol:
