About Modern Warfare 2 system requirements

Hi everyone.I can play cod4 on my laptop.

But what about modern warfare 2.Is it going to be very different(Aboutsystem requirements) ?

I can run Cod 4 in medium settings.

My sytem is ;

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5550 @ 1.83GHz

Windows Vista Home Premium Edition, 32-bit

Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family

Video RAM :448 mb

iDK cod4 was really weak i nearly maxed it out on my 8600. I havent seen the system requirments thought but i think with your graphics card being intergrated you may have to stick to low.

yeah im runing it.Only at smoke grenades and very explosions make pc :|

and can u tell me how can i look at my fps while i m playing cod 4

Put this into the console:

/cg_drawfps 1

Then hit enter. FPS and other info will appear top right.
To make it go away again type:

/cg_drawfps 0

i have a system can shock all engineers with it performance :D

I have a Dell XPS m1530 with:

Intel Core 2 Duo T5800 2.00 GHz

3 GB RAM

GeForce 8600m (256 mb of dedicated memory)

CoD 4/ CoD WW run perfectly on high settings, good on very high. But i doubt MW2 will run decently at medium.

at spawn points fps becomes 34 . bu ın the battle it becomes 15-12 fps

i doubt it meybe on lowest but even that the likelyhood is about the same as shooting the only fish in a barrel while blidnfolded and you have only 1 shot.

the current high end intel chipsets can barely play painkiller rotfl

I'm not exacting any high requirements for MW2. But i don't think that your laptop can run it probably.DarkFadi

If you can play COD4 then you will be able to play COD mw2. Although i don't know how you're playing on intergrated intel, it's not very powerful and not meant for gaming. It might have some decent textures and stuff this time, so it could be slightly more demanding.

i have only tried Counter Strike Source and it works perfectly but i guess ill just stick with my ps3 for newer games although it would be cool to play some mods for it

your card is actually not the weakest its a Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 so its actually one of the newer ones(still horrendous by any standards 50$ card would eat it alive!!) so its not to surprising you can run cod4 albeit at terrible framrate and image quality. but you have a laptop so no chance of upgrading graphics cardso your stuck with what you got hell i used to think 20fps was playable back when i had a sh** pc

i have the x4500 so i guess it would run better on mine

it runs cod 4 smoothly

I will be greatful if anyone could tell me if i can run Modern warfare 2 on my pc.

Ps:(I will try to buy the dual Core 2 duo E6850 3.0ghz )what should i buy to this game this processor or what ?
