No, once you enable cheats on a save file, you can no longer save on that file anymore. I'd only recommend enabling cheats if you're close to end-game with 95% or more property control in all the districts.

You mean after i buy the dlc ( invincible pack ) i will not have the unlimited health and ammo except if i enable cheats in my phone
That DLC is pathetic, I understand content DLCs, but this is just pathetic and useless, the game is pretty easy as it is, if you want to mess around just get a trainer, it has a better price, free.
I think you can buy unlimitefd ammo / health when you get to level 50 without having to use the cheats.pyeeater
Yeah, you can. Immunity to various types of damage (bullets, explosions etc.) and unlimited ammo can both be acquired through character upgrades. This "DLC" is just a quick way of getting it.
