hello

im currently planning to build a budget PC (which i will eventually upgrade it along the way). and for CPU im planning for intel pentium G3258 since it can be overclock up to 4.2 with stock cooler. but i've heard that from the recent updates from windows and bios you can no longer overclock the CPU is that true ?

Overclocking the cpu depends on the motherboard, there are some motherboards that allow it and some that don't.
