Well #3 is a tube TV (CRT), so it's not thin and "sexy". Picture quality wise, I'd choose the tube over the LCD.

Number 2 is LCD and I prefer that to a tube(personal preference).  I also like the 3000 x 1 contrast ratio.

I know yours is a personal preference, but the 3000:1 is dynamic and contrast ratio on a tube is soooo much better that it doesn't really get measured. :D

It is big and bulky, but #3 has the best picture period.  CRT > LCD

If space and appearance is not an issue get #3. PQ of CRT displays still cannot be beat (yet!). If it is then #2 would be the next best.

There was only one problem with that 27" crt tube set.  The aspect ratio is 4:3

Don't get me wrong.  I have a tube set and I love it.  But it is a 16:9 set

Take the LCD.  I didn't notice that the CRT was 4:3 either.
